You'll discover the science behind sourdough, the key ingredients, and techniques for creating a thriving starter that will bring you delicious, tangy bread for months to come. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow bread lovers while learning a new skill you can enjoy at home.
At the end of the program you will be able to take home a sample of sourdough starter to nurture and bake with.

About Lisa:
After many years in the corporate world, Lisa found herself at a crossroads when she was unexpectedly laid off. As she searched for her next opportunity, she stumbled upon a passion she never anticipated—right in her own kitchen. To occupy her time during the job search, Lisa decided to try baking sourdough bread. What started as a simple experiment quickly turned into a full-blown obsession. Through countless hours of practice and dedication, Lisa honed her skills and perfected the art of sourdough baking. Now, as she embarks on a new chapter in her life, she is thrilled to share her love of sourdough with others.
