Bread & Butter Storytime

with the Fairbanks House Museum

Learn how families used to make butter in this bread and butter-making storytime in celebration of Dedham Reads 2026.

Kathleen from The Fairbanks House Museum will bring an old-fashioned butter churn!

For children ages 2-5. Registration is required for all children and adults attending. Please contact Annabelle at aho.ddm@minlib.net with any questions.

Registration allows us to ensure we are compliant with room capacity restrictions. Stroller parking at the Dedham Public Library is limited; parked strollers cannot block doorways or hallways. When possible, please leave strollers outside when visiting the Library.

Dedham Reads Together is a collaborative annual initiative presented by Dedham Public Library, Dedham Public Schools, Dedham Library Innovation Team, and the Friends of the Library to promote literacy and community in Dedham, MA through shared reads and activities.
