About Todd:
Known by some, loved by many, as The Grateful Gardener – Todd Breitenstein has been gardening in all fashions since he was a toddler in the family garden. Todd has grown everything from moss to sea kale. He has studied ecology, conservation, and permaculture and is a NOFA organic land care professional. His interest in native plants grew through companion planting in his vegetable garden. If you see someone off the path in the woods turning logs to smell the earth, it’s probably Todd.
