Join us in continued celebration of Dedham Reads 2024: Museums All Around Us from April 1 - May 9, 2024!

Martin Pappas has an extensive collection of minerals and fossils from around the world and is a member of the Boston Mineral Club. Martin will discuss his most prized pieces and what started his love for geology. Followed by Q&A.

About Martin: 

Martin is a 15-year-old Freshman attending Quincy High School and is a defenseman for Quincy High's JV Lacrosse team. His favorite subject at school is science and he would like to major in geology in college. Martin likes to travel and has visited 13 different states and 2 countries in Europe. 

Some of Martin’s collection will be displayed at the Endicott branch from April 5 - May 10, 2024.

The Main Library is located on Church Street in Dedham Square. In addition to traditional library material, the Main Library also houses town archives, the Dedham Collection.
