Senior Center Book Group

Senior Center Book Group is for those age 55+ looking to connect with a community of local readers who respectfully discuss a diverse range of fiction and nonfiction. We welcome new members!

This book group meets at the Ames Senior Center (450 Washington St) on the third Friday of the month at 11:30 am. Books are available for checkout after every discussion, and at the Main Library and Endicott Branch Library beginning one month before each meeting. (Check out the Book Groups web page for an abbreviated list of our past reads!) 

We will discuss the following titles:

• June 23: Shadow Ticket by Thomas Pynchon [Combined meeting with History Lovers Book Group at Bamboo (55 Ariadne Rd, Dedham, MA) at 6:30 pm]
• July 17: Remarkable Creatures by Tracy Chevalier
• August 21: Great Big Beautiful Life by Emily Henry
